Heiress Beverly Hills offers a 14-day return window for store credit or exchange on all full-priced items provided they are unworn and have original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain delicate items and final sale pieces are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all designer tags, ribbons, and garment bags included to ensure full credit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Review & Credit

  Once our atelier inspects the return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
